Job description2-3 years of marketing experience A university degree in a relevant discipline such as business or marketing Experience with using a CRM such as Salesforce Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot ideal) Experience in website management and SEO best practices (WordPress preference) Understanding of analytics tools, funnel tracking, and performance metrics Experience facilitating webinars, podcasts, or similar activities Hands-on experience with social media and paid advertising channels Ability to write compelling copy, calls to action, and persuasive pitches Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment Design experience including Adobe InDesign, HTML, CSS Video creation and marketing expertise Experience with Google AdWords and Google Analytics
About the Role : We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinate events and digital initiatives, and help manage day-to-day operations of the marketing department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to grow and contribute in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels
- Coordinate social media content calendars and schedule posts
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (e.g., email open rates, social engagement, website traffic)
- Help manage the company website and update content as needed
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Coordinate logistics for events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
- Support the development of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and email newsletters
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Maintain the marketing database and organize digital assets
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team
