Job Summary :
The Sales and Marketing Systems Senior Manager reports directly to the Head of Marketing for SkillsWave and will be responsible for the day-to-day systems support of the Marketing and Sales Organizations.
In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our customer lifecycle strategies and reporting, managing marketing automation initiatives, and supporting sales operations to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, implement automation solutions, and maximize the effectiveness of our marketing and sales efforts.
How will I make an impact :
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns to engage customers at each stage of their journey, from acquisition to retention and advocacy.
- Configure and manage marketing automation platforms to automate lead nurturing, email marketing, and customer segmentation.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize data management processes, ensuring seamless integration and data hygiene.
- Analyze user journey and behaviour data to identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue optimization.
- Implement and maintain operations systems and tools, such as CRM platforms and marketing automation software.
- Serve as a liaison between marketing, sales, and client success teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on key initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, and sales operations.
What you'll bring to the role :
- Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, and / or sales operations.
- Strong technical skills with experience configuring and managing marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience with sales enablement technologies and processes is a plus.
Education Recommendations :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
