Orchestrating Omni-Channel Excellence and Business Success As a Category Marketing Manager, you will own the creation and execution of strategic annual and agile plans in line with enterprise priorities.
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end omni-channel marketing plans and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve business goals through long-term planning.
Led by the Director, Marketing - Strategy & Insights, this opportunity will suit someone with strong negotiation and collaboration skills.

- Manages the planning of enterprise priorities as defined annually by Merchandising for Marketing.
- Translate business objectives into customer-focused, brand-right marketing plans.
- Partner with Merchants and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business strategy and goals for top strategic marketing priorities.
- Support the development of strategic marketing plans that integrate cross-functional inputs.
- Deliver annual omni-channel customer marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the media team, channel teams, communications, PR, and agencies to define and activate omni-channel communications plans.
- Brief internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.
- Partner with the Insights team to analyze and understand marketing performance.
- Work with merchant teams to organize weekly marketing activities, including flyer, email, and digital marketing.
We’re looking for :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business with 3-5 years of leadership experience.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate effectively to achieve business goals.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and make quick, informed decisions.
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
