Job descriptionAccount Management - Maintain polite and professional communication to clients via phone, e-mail, and virtual meetings. Format and send marketing reports to clients. Coordination - Assign work to the production team using our project management software and liaise between production and clients. General Admin - Handling office tasks, such as generating reports and presentations, organizing digital files, setting up for meetings, and responding to emails. Writing & Reports - Take notes from meetings, create presentations, update reports, and conduct research. Calendar Management - Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts. Digital Marketing Support - Helping plan, modify digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram ads, etc.). The most important requirement is a positive mindset (hungry to improve / learn, team oriented, strong interpersonal skills, good judgement) 1-2 years customer service experience Computer proficiency (Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail) Digital marketing experience is an asset Attention to detail, organized, efficient Base salary + recurring commission Group benefits (dental, physio, massage), 2 weeks paid vacation to start, paid sick days / personal days Flexible start time and work from home opportunities World Class office at Lansdowne (Ottawa) Lots of team events Training - Flexible training credit
