About the Role
The Ottawa Senators areseekinga highly organized and detail-orientedProject Manager, Marketingto lead the execution of cross-functional marketing initiatives from concept to completion.This is an excellent opportunity to join an NHL franchise at amid-levelposition which will allow the candidate to become fully engaged in the business of a major league sports team.In this newly created role,reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing,you willplaya critical part inbuilding &maintaininga project management framework thatensures allprojects areexecutedon time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities across the organization.
This role serves as the connective tissuefor the organizationbetween creative, digital,ticketing,corporatepartnershipsandall otherchannel teamsbringing clarity, structure, and momentum to a fast-paced sports and entertainment environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative setting,has aproventrack recorddesigning & implementing project management framework,and is passionate about enabling teams to do their best work through strong process and communication.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management Framework & Process
- Design, implement, and continuously evolve project management templatesand workflows that bring consistency, efficiency,KPI tracking,and clarity across the organization.
- Ensure projectsthatare managed through theexistingMSRP frameworkarealigned with organizationalprioritiesand are integrated & tracked through a commercial calendar.
- Establish best practices for project scoping,sprint planningtimelines, dependencies, risk management, and approvals to reduce ambiguity and improveefficiency.
- Ensure projects are properly prioritized and aligned with organizational goals, KPIs, seasonal strategies, and key campaign moments.
- Identifygaps, inefficiencies, and process breakdowns, and proactively recommend improvements that enhance collaboration, transparency, and execution quality.

This role falls within abasesalary range of $62,100to $95,000annually, consistent with the organizations established salary ranges. Salary ranges aredeterminedthrough a wide variety of factors including but not limited to market data, internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skillset.
