Join a dynamic team working on a large-scale, mission-critical banking platform for a leading financial institution in the U.S. This platform supports a wide range of services, including digital banking, payments, and risk management systems. As a Senior QA Lead (Manual), you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven environment.
Full-time and long-term. Location – Toronto.
Hybrid work. 2 days in the office.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the QA process for multiple workstreams within the banking project
- Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases
- Coordinate and execute manual testing across web and mobile platforms
- Ensure coverage across functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product managers
- Identify, log, and track defects; lead defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, FFIEC)
- Mentor and guide a team of manual QA engineers, promoting continuous improvement and best practices
- Contribute to release readiness, documentation, and reporting to stakeholders
