Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement testing strategies for cloud-based applications (Guidewire) and services on AWS
- Lead and manager a team of testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and alignment of testing processes with development and operations
- Design and execute automated and manual test cases, ensuring coverage of functional, performance, and security aspects
- Utilize AWS tools and services to enhance testing capabilities and efficiencies
- Establish and maintain test environment, ensuring they are aligned with production settings
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in cloud testing and AWS technologies
- Develop and maintain testing documentation, included testing plans, test cases and test reports
