We're Hiring : Quality Manager
Are you a quality-driven leader ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for a Quality Manager to lead our Quality Management System and ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards for our customers and our brand.
As Quality Manager, you’ll oversee a dedicated team and be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing quality procedures, policies, and standards. You’ll work cross-functionally with manufacturing and leadership teams to ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and lead internal and external audits.
Lead and manage all quality department activities and personnel
Develop and enforce quality standards, procedures, and metrics
Oversee audits, customer complaints, and corrective actions
Monitor site quality and food safety metrics, driving improvements as needed
Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure product conformance and process control
Represent the company in customer and supplier visits
BS degree (technical field preferred) and 5+ years in quality / manufacturing leadership, or 10+ years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, and GFSI standards
Proven experience with audits, quality systems, and root cause analysis
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Teams, and Outlook
