Main functions

• Ensure compliance with our standards.
• Keeping withinbudgets.
• Ensure control of deposits and pettycash.
• Make or approveorders.
• Handle customercomplaints.
• Maintains a collaborative atmosphere by communicating effectivelyand facilitating meetings withemployees.
• Implement promotionalactivities.
• Ensure the training of new employees and the development ofexisting employees.
• Maintain updates all manuals.
• Ensure compliance with the employee manual, company regulations, labour laws and occupational health and safetystandards.
• Apply preventive maintenance programs forequipment.
• Establish staff needs or workschedules.
• Ensure the recruitment and hiring of teammember.
• Evaluate team member.
• Executes all other tasks requested by the franchisee.

Requirements

Completion of Secondary V may be required, followed by 3 to 5 years of experience as a team leader in a dining room or kitchen, or in a management position in a retail business. Work schedules are generally fixed. Frequent work evenings, weekends and holidays. Office work outside peak hours.
