Job descriptionProvide customers with information regarding vehicles for sale. Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner. Maintain accurate records. Provide sales representatives with up-to-date product information. Plan and implement sales-incentive programs. Address customer inquiries and concerns. Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale. Assist with vehicle inventory management. Other duties as required. Valid OMVIC certification. 2+ years of automotive sales experience required. Luxury brand experience preferred. Experience working in a high-volume dealership environment. Must have excellent communication skills (good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice). Able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with OneEighty software considered an asset. Works well with a team as well as individually. The Sales Consultant is responsible for selling and leasing new and pre-owned vehicles, while creating lasting relationships with customers.
Our Sales Consultant walks customers through the sales process, including conducting test drives, reviewing prices, and educating them on vehicle inventory.
