Position : Director of Finance & AccountingLocation : Baie-D'UrféSalary : $160K - $170K, hybrid, and flexible hoursBenefits : 5 weeks of vacation + profit-sharing optionsJob Summary : We are looking for an experienced Director of Finance & Accounting to lead the finance function and drive financial planning, reporting, and analysis within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in financial management, strategic planning, and ERP system implementation (experience with tools such as Acumatica and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable). Knowledge of integrated project controls and PMP principles, particularly in construction project cost accounting and earned value management methodologies, is crucial.
