Position : Director of Finance & AccountingLocation : Baie-D'UrféSalary : $160K - $170K, hybrid, and flexible hoursBenefits : 5 weeks of vacation + profit-sharing optionsJob Summary : We are looking for an experienced Director of Finance & Accounting to lead the finance function and drive financial planning, reporting, and analysis within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in financial management, strategic planning, and ERP system implementation (experience with tools such as Acumatica and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable). Knowledge of integrated project controls and PMP principles, particularly in construction project cost accounting and earned value management methodologies, is crucial. This role involves close collaboration with the executive leadership team to align financial strategies with the company's objectives, ensuring robust financial controls and contributing to sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives and foster sustainable growth.- Oversee all financial management functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.- Lead the ERP implementation process, ensuring seamless integration and efficient use of financial systems and tools (experience with Acumatica and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus).- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive leadership team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.- Ensure strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and adherence to industry best practices.- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to support operational efficiency and business growth.- Prepare and present regular financial reports to stakeholders, including the board of directors and senior management.- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.- Collaborate with department leaders to drive cross-functional initiatives and contribute to the organization's overall success.Please send your resume in Word format to Milene Rizcalla at mrizcalla@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
