Your Mission

As a Quality and Technical Support Technician , you will play a key role in the development and integration of new products and technical solutions. You will act as a technical expert, answering customer and franchisee inquiries while ensuring documentation and testing processes maintain product quality and compliance. Additionally, you will conduct on-site studies and 3D scans in locations such as private homes, hotels, and cruise ships to kickstart the product development process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new product requests and provide technical recommendations
  • Act as an expert in the development of purchased or manufactured products
  • Perform tests, develop protocols, and analyze results
  • Communicate directly with franchisees and the customer service team to address technical inquiries
  • Conduct on-site studies and 3D scans in various locations (residences, hotels, cruise ships)
  • Present new products to internal teams and the franchise network through interactive demonstrations
  • Contribute to the product certification process and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards

What We're Looking For

  • Experience : 2 years in quality control within a manufacturing environment
  • Skills : Technical analysis, project management, problem-solving, and technical documentation
  • Tools : Ability to handle electrical and manual tools
  • Software Knowledge : Excel, AutoCAD, SolidWorks (an asset), and inventory management software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, in French (advanced) and English (advanced).  Fluency in spoken and written French and English is required, as the position involves frequent interaction with colleagues in Saint-Eustache, the United States and other countries.
