We are looking for a visionary Director of Local Services in Montreal to lead a committed team and provide local services that meet the expectations of our organization. Make a real difference in a mission that combines leadership, strategy and collaboration!
Under the supervision of the Deputy General Manager, you will contribute to the development and implementation of the organization’s strategic priorities. As Head of Local Services, you will provide leadership and performance for your unit. Your role will be to design and deploy a service offering tailored to the needs of tenants, while working in a multidisciplinary, collaborative approach focused on the effectiveness of interventions.
Strategic and Operational Management
- Leads and supports a team of executives, ensuring their training, support and mobilization (human, financial, material and informational resources).
- Participates in the development and execution of strategic action plans.
- Sets priorities and proposes innovative solutions in response to identified challenges.
- Implements and monitors performance indicators (dashboards) and evaluates the results of his / her unit.
- Promotes a participatory and mobilizing management style, ensuring the development of team members’ skills.
- Maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders : municipalities, governments, local communities and private partners.
- Collaborates with other departments to achieve the organization’s overall objectives.
- Ensures the coherence and uniformity of the various customer service points for tenants and partners.
- Supervises the reception and services offered at the service points, as well as call center operations.
- Sets up regular audits to assess customer satisfaction.
- Ensures rigorous monitoring of complaints and requests to provide a quick and adequate response.
- Promotes interdisciplinary collaboration to maximize the efficiency of resources in the field.
- Coordinates the actions of territorial teams, by establishing an accurate diagnosis of the needs of buildings and tenants.
- Supervises the management of vacant housing, their restoration, through lease management.
- Ensures the maintenance of the real estate portfolio, the cleanliness of spaces and the management of residual materials.
- Supervises the development and implementation of the integrated vermin control plan.
- Guarantees increased awareness among tenants and employees of sanitation issues and their prevention.
- Ensures active representation of his department with advisory committees and tenant associations.
- Coordinates interactions between maintenance and repair teams and tenant representatives.
