Job description
We’re hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the build and evolution of a large-scale digital platform initiative within an enterprise environment. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, working across multiple systems to design and deliver seamless, customer-focused solutions.

This is not a maintenance role. You’ll be involved from early discovery through delivery and ongoing enhancements, helping shape how digital experiences are built and integrated across platforms.

Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities from discovery through delivery and post-launch support
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and functional specifications
- Define end-to-end workflows, process flows, and system interactions across multiple platforms
- Provide input into solution design, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility
System Integration & Data Flow
- Work across multiple systems (e.g. CRM, ERP, integrations, identity/access, APIs) to define how data flows end-to-end
- Collaborate with architecture, integration, and development teams to ensure scalable and effective solutions
- Identify dependencies, risks, and gaps across systems and propose improvements
Agile Delivery
- Support Agile delivery by managing backlog, refining user stories, and working closely with Product Owners and development teams
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery discussions
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood by technical teams
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align on requirements and priorities
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Testing & Implementation Support
- Support SIT/UAT by defining test scenarios and ensuring requirements traceability
- Validate that delivered solutions meet business expectations
- Assist with issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement post-launch

Qualifications
Must-Have
- 6–10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Senior Business Analyst
- Strong experience working in enterprise environments with multiple integrated systems
Hands-on experience with:
- requirements gathering
- user stories and backlog management
- process modeling and documentation
- Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flow across platforms
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / SAFe)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Exposure to platforms such as CRM (e.g. Salesforce), ERP (e.g. SAP), or similar enterprise systems
- Experience with customer-facing digital platforms (web, mobile, or portals)
- Knowledge of identity/access management, data governance, or enterprise integrations
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile-related credentials
