Position Summary Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will maintain and repair facility, production, packaging, and refrigeration equipment while supporting safety, production efficiency, and plant improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair refrigeration, hot water, and production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and complete assigned maintenance projects.
• Maintain conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, and packaging machinery.
• Accurately document work performed, parts used, and outstanding repairs.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams in a safety-focused environment.
• Follow all Health & Safety, HACCP, and GMP standards.

Requirements

• Licensed Millwright or 4th Year Apprentice
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience maintaining industrial plant equipment including conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and automated machinery.
