Job Summary
Do you want to contribute concretely to the smooth operation of quality facilities?
We are looking for a maintenance coordinator to ensure the optimal performance of our buildings, systems, and grounds in Bromont.
This is a very hands-on role, ideal for an organized, practical person who is comfortable with problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute maintenance work on buildings, systems, and grounds.

  • Receive, analyze, and prioritize maintenance requests, then assign tasks.

  • Ensure that required permits, licenses, and documents are obtained and up to date.

  • Plan, organize, and monitor the daily activities of the maintenance department.

  • Apply quality and safety standards when performing work.

  • Follow established procedures and work methods, with the support of the immediate supervisor.

Desired Profile

  • High school diploma (DES) or equivalent (GED).

  • Up to 2 years of experience in building maintenance, general work, or a similar position (or a combination of training + experience).

  • Ability to perform physical tasks: bending, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting and carrying loads of at least 50 lbs.

  • Ability to follow rules, procedures, and work standards.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Sense of organization, rigor, and curiosity.
