Position Description :
- Plan, organize and implement the museum summer children’s program
- Recruit and train youth volunteers to assist with summer children’s program
- Assist with customer service, special events, outreach activities, tours, exhibitions, collections management and routine museum operations.
- Other duties as required.

Qualifications :
Note :
Employment is conditional upon attendance at all training sessions, submission of required documentation / certification, adherence to the minimum age requirements and ability to meet the employment term.
At time of application must be enrolled in a post-secondary education institution or institution of higher learning.
Applicants must submit a criminal record check (dated within the last 3 months) from their local police service for approval prior to commencing employment.
Interviews :
Interviews will be held in the month of February 2025.

Hours : 40 hours per week
Note : Must be willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Posting Period : December 2, 2024 – January 31, 2025
Duration :
The duration of this contract will be approximately 4 months. Applicants are expected to fulfill the entire contract period commencing April 30, 2025 until August 29, 2025.
