Our client, a leading provider of legal advice and information, is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join their team! This person will consult with inbound clients and close sales for their legal service packages.

Responsibilities

Consult with inbound prospective clients seeking legal defense for driving violations.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate legal service packages.
Guide clients through the sales process from consultation to close.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM and other digital tools.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective relationship-building and follow-up.
Collaborate with the legal and administrative team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Work from our client offices (Snowdon metro) initially, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid office / home model.

Requirements :

Fluent spoken and written English and French (mandatory).
Proficient with computers, including CRM systems, email, and standard office software.
Proven sales experience, ideally in consultative or service-based environments.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Basic understanding of legal concepts is a strong asset.
Self-motivated and results-driven.

Compensation & Benefits :

Base salary of $40,000 plus commission, with total compensation of $80,000+ based on performance.
Flexible work hours and hybrid work model after initial training period.
