PwC Canada is sourcing for a Bilingual (Fluent with French and English - Spoken and Written) SAP SuccessFactors, PMGM Certified, Consultant .

Role : Senior SuccessFactors - Performance Management & Goals Management, Consultant (SAP PMGM), Consultant

Duration : Mid-February - End-December 2025

Level of Effort (LoE) : Full-Time

Location : Montreal, and mostly-remote

Project Description : PwC Canada will be leading the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Succession Planning (SP) module.

• IMPORTANT - Mandatory Prerequisites :
• Applicants MUST offer SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management & Goals Management (PMGM) Certification, or will otherwise be rejected.
• Applicants MUST offer experience with implementing the SAP SuccessFactors Succession Planning (SP) module.
• Fluently bilingual in both official languages, written and spoken.
• A career accumulating to a minimum of ten (10) years of SAP Functional experience.

The eligibles candidate resume must provide a minimum of ten years (120 months) of mixed experience, such as performing the following tasks and duties :

• Supporting the end-to-end SAP SF PMGM & SP implementation;
• Lead workshops, and client calls;
• System design and guidance;
• Hands-on configuration, depending if they are the lead or support;
• Troubleshooting; and
• Materials preparation and review.
