The candidate we are looking for has a minimum of 3 to 7 years' experience in labor law, acquired either in-house or within a professional services firm. On a day-to-day basis, you will be reviewing policies and guidelines, drafting employment contracts and more. You will have a consultative role, particularly with regards to the life cycle of an employee within the company (hiring, recruitment, disciplinary measures, termination), and will be able to collaborate with teams located around the world to bring your expertise forward. You'll also be called to provide in-house training and offer support to your colleagues. You will also have an analytical and negotiating role in certain litigation cases. Your negotiating and writing skills, your determination and your great autonomy will be your best allies in handling your files.
