Description
Reporting to the Manager of L&D Organization Excellence and Corporate (L&D), the Sr Consultant for Corporate is a key member of the L&D team, who works with various partners across the organization. As a Learning & Development Senior Consultant for Corporate, you will be responsible for developing innovative best-in-class training experiences that further the learning journey of our professional employees enterprise-wide. We are looking for someone who has a passion for learning and teaching others to be their best. Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) across the organization to manage the development of best-in-class training programs, including materials such as online courses, workshops, job aids, facilitator or learner guides, simulations, videos, etc. to support various learning needs.
- Establish business objectives and metrics for each program to assess impact and track program success and trends.
- Develop and leverage high-level outlines and designs including performance objectives to guide instructional designers in the development of the learning experience following the program development cycle.
- Apply knowledge of adult learning principles and modern learning tools and techniques to lead the development of clear, concise, engaging, effective, and interactive learning experiences.
- Drive a learning culture and promote available training opportunities to support clients.
- Administer necessary administrative tasks associated with all relevant learning solutions, ensuring all employee training records are updated in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Willingness to support broader team as required.
- Support the development of and uphold learning standards, ensuring compliance with language, accessibility, effectiveness, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage training budget for programs being developed and report on performance.
