We're seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Consultant with a proven track record in leadership development to join our team.

This role will focus on designing and facilitating training programs for leadership audiences, supporting performance management and career development.

This role adheres to Prophix's Hybrid work policy, and will be required to attend our head office on an ad hoc basis (typically 2-3 times per month, or more, as needed).

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include :

Training Design and Facilitation :

  • Leadership curriculum : Deliver engaging training programs tailored to leadership audiences, using diverse instructional techniques
  • Develop and prepare facilitator and participants materials for leadership development programs
  • Organize and facilitate programs in person and virtually
  • Prepare project plans including communication plans
  • Prepare analytics reports on participation and evaluation results
  • Intact team workshops : Collaborate with stakeholders to determine learning objectives and ensure alignment with team goals

Performance Management Support :

Design tools and resources to support the implementation of a new performance management program

Career Development Tools and Resources :

  • Design resources in partnership with P&C to support the career development of all employees
  • Manage career development programs such as Mentoring

People Leader Onboarding :

  • Develop onboarding courses and resources for newly appointed people leaders, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles
  • Coordinate the program logistics and scheduling with other presenters

Leadership Discussion Sessions :

Facilitate group discussions on leadership topics, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration

Scheduling and Organization of all Courses and Programs

  • Detail oriented, partnering internally to find opportune times for leadership programming.
  • Work on administrative tasks for all courses and programs

Other projects may include designing and implementing an Emerging Leader Program.

What You Will Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of experience, technology skills, personal qualities, and education.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, with a proven track record in program design and facilitation
  • CTP (Certified Training Professional) or equivalent certification in training and development preferred
  • Experience in designing emerging leader programs for high potentials
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Highly organized, able to stay on top of scheduling, design work and delivering programs
  • Passionate about continuous learning and staying current with emerging trends in leadership development
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and / or internationally, and have a valid passport.
