Your work environment at EXP

At EXP, we’re looking for a driven professional to be a part of our Environment / Earth Science - Geotechnical team, based in our Sudbury office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of impactful projects in the region.

What a Day at EXP Looks Like

• Conduct soil identification and classification.
• Monitor site grading activities, including limited surveying tasks.
• Perform in situ density and compaction testing.
• Sample and test concrete, mortar, grout, and asphalt.
• Conduct soil and groundwater sampling and analysis.
• Collaborate closely with contractors, consultants, and municipal personnel.
• Receive training and provide support in the concrete and soils laboratory.
