Quais Bertrand is growing and is looking for an ambitious, tenacious person who is ready to surpass themselves to seek out new clients. No need to have 10 years of experience: we rely on your energy, your determination and your desire to learn. You will work directly with the CEO, who will train you, trust you and quickly entrust you with real responsibilities.
Your mission: Conquer new markets in Canada, the United States and internationally.
What you will do do
Develop new markets
Identify markets with high potential and seek out new dealers.
Build, with the CEO, action plans to break into these markets.
Monitor your results and your pipeline.
Grow our dealers
Become the trusted contact for our dealers and help them achieve their objectives.
Drive the sale of parts and accessories.
Respond to submissions and follow up on web leads.
Sell directly to customers
Accompany customers from the first call until the sale.
Prepare precise quotes and offer the right accessories.
What we offer you
A base salary + variable compensation based on performance.
Direct mentoring with the CEO: you learn quickly and on the ground.
Travel to Canada and the United States (around 30% of the time from September to April).

Your profile
You have training in sales, marketing, administration or the equivalent.
You speak and write French and English fluently.
You are motivated by goals and you like to exceed them.
You are comfortable reaching out to people, both on the phone and in person.
You are autonomous, resourceful and you adapt quickly.
You know the Office suite; experience with a CRM (Salesforce or other) is a plus.
Practical information
Facial position in Sherbrooke.
You must be authorized to work at Canada.
Valid passport required for travel.
