  • Support equipment qualification and validation activities, including FAT, SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ, as directed.

  • Lead or participate in investigations related to nonconformances, complaints, audit observations, and Corrective and Preventive Actions, including trend analysis and communication.

  • Partner with Operators, Maintenance, Quality, Technical Operations, and Processing stakeholders to identify and implement equipment repairs, equipment improvements, and process changes.

  • Support equipment acquisition activities, including user requirement specifications, equipment selection, installation, validation, employee training, and related documentation.

  • Prepare protocols, reports, presentations, training documents, standard operating procedures, and other technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Self-directed, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Desired qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

  • Experience in solid-dose manufacturing or packaging within an over-the-counter or pharmaceutical facility.
