Responsibilities
As a project coordinator, your responsibilities are as follows :
- Coordinate the bidding process with the sales department
- Coordinate subcontracting project management activities by acting as a pivot between production, logistics, sales and subcontractors.
- Serve as a point of contact with all internal participants and update them on the status of projects.
- Ensure the process of orders and purchases of subcontracted products
- Ensure client needs are met as projects evolve.
Qualifications
In order to obtain this position as a project coordinator in Laval, you must recognize yourself here :
Proven professional experience as a Project Coordinator or similar position
Certificate in project management, administration or logistics
Bilingual
Be proactive and have a sense of analysis
Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Working knowledge of advanced Office-Excel suite (especially planning tools)
Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamic AX ERP system (an asset)
