Job description

Tasks

  • Evaluate metal transformation projects by analyzing technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare accurate estimates of production costs, including materials, labor, equipment, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure good communication and meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate all aspects of projects in collaboration with all departments and subcontractors.
  • Manage scope changes and unforeseen events throughout the project, maintaining strict control over costs and timelines.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

    • Job requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in steel transformation is an asset.
  • Knowledge of machining and welding processes is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French and English.
