Job summary :

The role of the Project Manager will be charged with organizing our ongoing software implementation projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met.

To be successful as a Project Manager, you will need to be able to work to tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office / G Suite, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. A university certificate in project management or the equivalent in a related field of study and at least three years of relevant experience is required for consideration.

Responsibilities :

  • Undertake a wide range of diversified project management, administrative and monitoring functions, including, but not limited to :
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures.
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Effectively understand the needs of the project and document the steps to follow in order for the project to succeed; as well as follow-up for delivery date status.
  • Liaise with internal staff and Clients at all levels.
  • Support the coordination of issue resolution efforts to ensure timely resolutions are met and customer satisfaction is upheld.

Requirements :

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and / or G Suite.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and communicate across teams and clients.
  • Comfortable working on both small and large-scale projects concurrently.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Full Spanish language skills to support our customers in Latin America.
  • Assets :

  • Experience in the Retail Industry.
  • Exposure to project management, agile or waterfall, within the technology sector.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and loyalty programs.
  • Very good command of French or Spanish would be an asset
  • Education  :

  • University certificate in project management or the equivalent in a related field of study.
  • Years of Work Experience :

  • At least 6 years experience in a related field.
