Job S umma ry : The Junior Architect will work under the guidance of a Senior Architect, and will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of architectural design, drafting, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in architecture, as well as some professional experience in a related field. Key Responsibilities : Assist with the development of architectural designs and plans Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations Collaborate with project team members to ensure project success Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders Participate in site visits and inspections Review and evaluate building designs for compliance with codes, standards, and specifications Assist with project documentation and management Contribute to the development of presentations and proposals Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field 1-3 years of relevant work experience Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Internal Job Code : AR-AR-02 Salary Range : $65,000 - $75,000 / Annually Powered by JazzHR
