Your main Challenges
Assist internal users with technical questions and troubleshooting.
Configure computers for internal use (Corporate laptops and labs).
Participate in the onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain an inventory of software and hardware.
Perform periodic backups and verify their integrity.
What You Bring with you
Over 5 years of experience as an internal technical support.
Proficient in networking support.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10 & 11, Windows Server 2016, 2019, etc.).
Good experience of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environment.
