Recruiter – IT & Financial Services (Montreal, Hybrid)

As they continue to grow in Canada, they are looking for a recruiter to work to help build the talent pipeline in both the US and CA

What You Will Do :

Source, screen, and engage top talent for IT and financial services roles

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation

Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs

Utilize , job boards, and networking to attract top candidates

Represent the company at recruitment events and job fairs

What You Bring :

1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing

Experience in IT or financial services recruitment is a strong plus

Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Fluency in French and English is required
