We are seeking an Enterprise Senior Benefits Specialist to join our team in the Greater Toronto area.

You will be joining a team of professionals with a broad range of skills and expertise to provide our clients with knowledgeable guidance, superior customer service and technical capabilities. The Enterprise Senior Benefits Specialist will be responsible for :

• Developing clear and concise prospect and client materials including presentations, benchmarking reports, proposals, Request for Proposal (RFP) submissions and employee communications;
• Organize and execute on new business initiatives to support objectives including conferences, client seminars, lead lists, campaigns and quarterly newsletters;
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, clients and insurance carrier partners to strategically support client and company goals and objectives;
• Manage the client onboarding process, including preparation and execution of insurance carrier marketings, enrolments, communications, and transitions to other carriers;
• Handle client inquiries and act as a valuable liaison between clients and insurance carriers;
• Efficiently prioritize tasks and adapt as needed, guided by their importance and urgency
