We are seeking a seasoned institutional investment professional to join our investment consulting team and drive the continued growth and success of our consulting practice in Canada.

As a Senior Investment Consultant you will deliver comprehensive investment advisory solutions to a diverse client base including corporate and multiemployer pension plans endowments foundations private counsel operations and wealth management programs. Your areas of expertise will span investment consulting portfolio management investment research product design and business development within the Canadian market.

This leadership role also involves team development and active participation in the Canadian Leadership or Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert consulting services to institutional clients focusing on pension funds benefit funds and wealth management organizations.
Demonstrate subject matter expertise in :

Institutional investment consulting market strategies and structuring.

Portfolio asset allocation risk management compliance and performance attribution.

Oversight of operational projects and initiatives.

Mentor develop and manage team members to build a highperforming consulting team.

Qualifications

Experience : 15 years in investment advising or consulting with institutional asset owners.

Credentials : CFA designation and experience qualifying for OSC portfolio manager registration.

Ethics : Strong commitment to ethical and professional standards.

Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively.

Communication : Excellent interpersonal verbal written and presentation skills.

Teamwork : Proven ability to work collaboratively as a listener learner and contributor.

Multitasking : Capable of managing multiple projects with precision and meeting deadlines.

Compliance Knowledge : Experience in compliance is an asset.

Preferred Skills

Strong connections and experience within the investor community.

Handson experience with investment managers and institutional stakeholders.

Expertise in operational and strategic investment consulting projects.
