Job descriptionLeverage RBC Dominion Securities’ strong brand and reputation to build a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, managing their complex financial needs. Utilize RBC’s extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans for your clients. Foster trusted, often multi-generational, long-term relationships using personalized service and advice. Establish and maintain reciprocal relationships with RBC partners such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance to support your clients comprehensively. 4-6 years of outbound sales experience and comfort with earning 100% commission. Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) prior to start date. A passion for financial planning and portfolio management. Strong relationship-building skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals. Experience in direct marketing, financial services, and success in high-value sales and business development. Completion of the CPH, PFP, CIM, or CFA certifications. Flexible and modern benefits prioritizing your wellbeing, including parental leave. Base salary plus unlimited earning potential through commissions and fees. Autonomy to build and run your own business within RBC’s brand, leveraging our resources and guidance.
