Responsibilities
1. Evaluate Current Processes : Assess existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities
for improvement.
2. Centralize Functions : Develop a cohesive model for managing operational services
and procurement processes across multiple departments and locations.
3. Enhance Efficiency and Cost-Effectiveness : Streamline operations, optimize budgets,
and implement tools or strategies to reduce redundancies while maintaining quality.
4. Strengthen Team Structure : Propose a unified team framework to manage
centralized functions effectively.
5. Engage Stakeholders : Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment, gather
insights, and secure support for proposed changes.
6. Deliver Actionable Recommendations : Provide a clear roadmap for achieving operational efficiency and centralization.
