Key Responsibilities :
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and offering customized insurance solutions.
Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, collaborating closely with Producers and Insurance companies to ensure seamless account handling.
Oversee various administrative tasks, including renewals, endorsements, cancellations, billing, certificates, binders, quoting, and responding to client inquiries (via phone, email, etc.).
Continuously evaluate and enhance internal processes to support the ongoing growth and efficiency of the brokerage.
Represent Five Star Insurance at industry events and build lasting relationships with insurance carriers.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
Proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for continuous improvement.
