Position : Personal Insurance Advisor

Location : North Bay, ON (Permanent, Full-Time)

Role Responsibilities :

Serve ongoing client needs, advise on insurance, conduct needs assessments, recommend solutions, answer inquiries, conduct care calls, and process renewals

Sell new policies and retain existing clients

Coordinate with Underwriters and Adjusters regarding policies

Prepare documentation, complete applications, issue certificates, process changes, and review renewals

Stay updated on underwriting rules and workflows

Participate in training and community marketing initiatives

Candidate Requirements :

High School diploma or post-secondary education

Insurance experience preferred but not required

RIBO license preferred

Experience with Epic is an asset

Strong customer focus

Ability to handle multiple priorities

Analytical and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills
