Peak performance training is in its seventh year of operation. We are a boutique style gym with a private exclusive atmosphere.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Yoga and or Pilates Instructor at Peak Performance Training & Nutrition located in Brockville, ON. The Yoga Pilates Instructor will be responsible for leading group exercise classes, providing Pilates or Yoga instruction, offering physical therapy support, delivering excellent customer service, and teaching proper technique and form.

Qualifications

Pilates Instruction and Group Exercise skills
Experience in Physical Therapy and Customer Service
Teaching skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Certification in Yoga, Pilates, or related field
Previous experience in a fitness or wellness environment
Ability to develop individualized fitness plans
