• Deliver best-in-class customer service
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder duties including task assignment, safety, and opening / closing

Essential Skills

Prior Experience

3-5 years of automotive parts experience with proven sales ability and customer transaction fulfillment.

Education

High school diploma or GED required.

Physical Demands

Requires standing, walking, talking, hearing, handling, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Work Environment

Primarily indoor work, with occasional outdoor exposure to weather and mechanical parts. Noise level is moderate.
