Job descriptionPost-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of inventory or supply chain experience. Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) is an asset. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Inventory Control Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Coordinator to oversee and optimize our inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient warehouse operations, and seamless supply chain flow. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, utilizing advanced data analysis tools and supply chain management strategies to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inventory replenishment and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Manage non-stock items and direct purchases with cost control in mind.
- Work with procurement, operations, and planning teams to forecast inventory needs.
- Monitor safety stock and inventory performance.
- Participate in supply chain optimization, vendor evaluation, and process improvement.
- Assist with ERP system updates, testing, and digital inventory tools.
- Support operational excellence and complete other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
Pay : CA$25.00–CA$35.00 per hour
Job Types : Full-time, Fixed term contract
