SUPPORT DIMENSION INTRADAY & NIGHT CHAINS

Investigate and solve data and systems incidents If required, define workarounds to sustain Dimension Chain and SLAs Communicate data issues impacts to Data Management, and Client's Manager on call

SUPPORT PUBM OPERATIONS NEW INITIATIVES

Analyze, assess impact, and propose solutions to support PUBM Operations initiatives that require a minimum implication of the technological team Document specs, perform tests and assist UAT tests if required Respect established delivery and change management processes
