Company : Our client is a Real Estate Investment Trust that specializes in high-quality commercial and residential real estate. Their head office is in Ville Saint Laurent. They are looking for a property administrator with experience in commercial real estate.
Job Description / Tasks :
- Administrative tasks- answering calls and emails, filing etc.
- Accounts receivables (process monthly rent cheques, Code, process incoming invoices)
- Accounts payables (process monthly billing)
- Maintain data lists (tenant contact list, contractor contact list….)
- Prepare / issue rental advice notices
- Assist with property budgets
- Assist with annual budget reconciliation
- Account reconciliation
- Monthly accruals
- Year-end recoveries
- Coordination & communication :
- Call vendors
- Respond to tenant requests and dispatch vendors
Experience needed
Proficient in FR / EN.French is a bit more important because a lot of tenants are in Quebec City (you will not need to travel there)Some Accounting knowledgeExperience with rent roll, invoicing, billingGreat customer service skills3 years in administration, at least 1 in commercial property administrationSalary / benefits / more
Hours : 35 / h2 days to work from homeSummer Fridays : end earlier. The manager decides the time, but usually early afternoonSalary :
