Job description

Responsibilities

Prepare corporate documents for BC and federal entities (incorporations, name changes, amalgamations, dissolutions).

Assist with tax-driven transactions, including rollovers, share exchanges, mergers, and acquisitions.

Handle filings for partnerships, limited partnerships, and extra-provincial registrations across Canada.

Manage share transactions, such as redemptions, repurchases, and share structure changes.

Conduct records book reviews and address any deficiencies.

Qualifications

8+ years’ experience as a Corporate Paralegal.

Completion of a Paralegal program is an asset.

Strong document drafting and communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
