Our client, a national law firm located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, is actively seeking a Securities Paralegal. This firm is highly regarded and well established and can therefore offer all the perks, including a competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits plan that includes a pension.
Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to :
- Prepare and file SEDI and SEDAR filings
- Draft submission and filing letters to the TSXV
- Draft private placement and financial documentation (ie. directors’ resolutions, price reservation form, notice of private placement, treasury orders; reports of exempt distribution)
- Draft news releases
The ideal candidate will have :
Salary : $75,000 – $100,000 per year dependent on experience.
