Responsibilities will include :
- Proactively and upon request provides advice, coaching and oversight to resolution for issues such as investigations, performance management and attendance management.
- Responds to Team Members inquiries regarding Policies and Procedures.
- Fields, investigates and resolve team member identified issues, concerns and complaints.
- Facilitates training programs and meetings as required.
- Administers and manages the Health and Safety Program
- Maintains COR certification
- Takes leadership role in assisting Evergreen Co-op in meeting the requirements of COR audits and other necessary reports and documentation.
- Partners with team members in the submission of claims to WCB and insurance providers.
- Contact for disability management matters
- Works with stakeholders to facilitate proactive and respectful return to work plans.
