We at Raise are hiring a ERP Functional Analyst for one of our top clients, a Canadian multinational energy transportation company with a focus on the transportation, distribution, and generation of energy. After establishing themselves as an industry leader, they’re now expanding their team to meet rising demand.

Work Location : Calgary, Edmonton, North York - hybrid, working hybrid and expected onsite Monday, Tues, Thurs in office, and Wed, Fri from home

Job overview :

The mission of the ERP program is to move businesses into a common ERP Platform (Oracle Cloud), this includes the design of new processes, the adoption of existing processes into the Oracle Cloud system, and the movement of data from legacy systems to the Oracle Cloud ERP system. The SCM P2P ERP Functional Analyst will provide expertise and support to the workstream in all ERP functional areas such as Data Conversion, Business Process & Design, System and Process Testing, Training and Change Management.

Role Accountabilities :

Their role will span across all key areas in the Procure to Pay space including Vendor Master and Corporate Expenses and will include :

Support the SCM team to ensure scope and deliverables to meet program timelines and key dates are achieved.

Identify issues and challenges, support resolution and escalate as required.

Support requirements gathering and to-be processes within the SCM space.

Participate and assist with data profiling, cleansing and validation.

Execute testing activities in all test cycles to ensure identified business requirements are being met. Track and report to the Functional Lead on statuses of activities in the testing and conversion cycles. Additionally, they will ensure key stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle and provide input into the development and delivery of training documentation.

Experience Required :

Related University Degree in Business or Technology.

2 years directly related experience with ERP implementation within a Functional role specifically.

Oracle Cloud SCM knowledge and experience required.

A good understanding and previous experience with the SCM P2P space would be an asset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with good time management skills. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word is preferred.
