Role :
We are seeking an operationally motivated Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic, growing organization in the specialized industrial engineering and manufacturing sector. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our management’s ability to communicate, grow, and maximize our employees' potential. Outcomes of this role :
- Maximize HR Operations : Manage data input / accuracy for all employee life cycle processes and systems, including recruitment, integration, relocations, transfers, and separations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide best-practice HR services.
