Responsibilities :
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding employment-related matters, including leave policies, address changes, and other HR-related issues.
- Actively contribute to the onboarding program, ensuring a smooth integration of new hires.
- Support to prepare various HR documents in Workday (HRIS), such as employment confirmation letters, promotion letters, transfer and termination notices, and more.
- Compile and maintain weekly HR reports (e.g., departures, terminations).
- Manage and update trackers, dashboards, datasets, and forms to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee the exit interview process, which includes distributing questionnaires, updating exit dashboards, maintaining exit files, and collaborating with the Workday team.
- Assist in the continuous development, enhancement, and documentation of HR processes.
- Audit and correct organizational structure data (e.g., subordination links and titles) within Workday.
- Support occupational health and safety efforts, including follow-up actions and communication.
- Assist with the management of work permit and visa applications for employees.
- Provide suggestions and recommendations to enhance HR processes and initiatives.
- Collaborate on a variety of other HR-related projects and initiatives.
