Required Skills and Experience :
The Organizational Change Manager Service Area is responsible for creating and leading the execution of end-to-end Change Management strategies and plans that will be instrumental in preparing leaders and employees to embrace and adopt changes resulting from significant initiatives.
Work with senior leaders and project leads to build and implement customized, structured change management strategies and plans for change initiatives.
Work collaboratively with other organizational functions such as Enterprise
Project Management, IT, HR, Organizational Development, Enterprise Learning, and others as required.
Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder readiness assessments to inform broader change management strategic planning.
Create actionable deliverables for the key change management levers within projects including communication & engagement plans, leadership readiness, employee readiness, training plan, obstacle management plan, and reinforcement plan.
Design and deliver flexible training sessions to all levels of the organization, as needed.
Draft targeted, audience-specific communications to drive awareness, boost change readiness & engagement for initiatives.
Support a change network of stakeholders to communicate about change initiatives and gather feedback about change initiatives.
Implement scalable & easy to understand processes, tools & methodologies that effectively support the change strategy for all organizational, people, processes, and technology-related changes.
Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
Provide dedicated change management partnership for complex, large-scale organizational changes, projects, and organizational design efforts and coaching and mentoring to HR / Leadership / cross-functional project teams to develop and apply the change management strategy to their initiatives.
Builds and maintains positive and effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, union leadership and other departments, and units within the organization reflective of the values and culture of the WCB.
