You’ll have the opportunity to grow in an environment where intelligence, innovation, and leadership are valued and rewarded.Essential Functions / ResponsibilitiesWe are searching for an End User Computing (EUC) Support Analyst (This is an active opening) with strong technical skills, good customer service skills and a desire to expand those skills in a team environment. The EUC Support Analyst role is to support and implement documented EUC policies and procedures that support core organizational functions, follow basic triage steps, work to resolve and document issues with end user computing systems and assure their high availability.Provide End-user Computing support to users which includes provisioning, asset management, implementation, troubleshooting and support for EUC operations and related infrastructure.Work in a team environment with the flexibility to periodically be on call.Understand basic troubleshooting and common EUC issues that arise.Administration and troubleshooting capabilities within Windows and MAC systems.Diagnose and repair Laptop Operating Systems, printers and third party applications.Follow all Incident and Change Management practices through successful resolution of events.Create and manage all issues through ticketing system with clear and concise updates throughout each event.Document processes and procedures as required.Investigate and research improvements on existing workflows to improve efficiency.Train team members and other associates as required.Willingness to learn and be able to think on your feet.Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree from an accredited University, or equivalent experienceA+, ITIL Industry certifications a plus1-2 years supporting help desk experience.2-4 years of experience directly supporting a large / diverse customer base.1-2 years of active directory experience.Experience with Windows and MAC PC administration.Experience with G-suite and JIRA.Experience with Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel, Outlook and G Suite Sync.Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards, including wired, VPN and Wi-Fi Networking.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.Physical DemandsThis role requires sitting or standing at a computer workstation.Position Type / Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week.
